Equipped with helical steel gear reducer, ultra-quiet, oil-bath. Carcass, hopper and meat bowl made of 18/8 stainless steel. Ideal for small catering businesses and domestic use, the meat mincers mod. TCE 8 are perfectly compliant with international accident prevention standards. Equipped with a very silent, oil-bath reducer with worm screw. The mincing unit, built entirely in food-grade aluminum and the stainless steel hopper can be easily removed from the machine body for thorough cleaning.
