Meat Mincer TC12 / 2000 Series
Built for the modern needs of butcher shops, hotels, restaurants and communities. The meat mincer – TCE mod. 12 / Series 2000 is fully compliant with international accident prevention standards. Equipped with helical steel gear reducer, ultra-quiet, oil-bath. Carcass, hopper and meat bowl made of 18/8 stainless steel. The grinding unit, constructed entirely of 18/8 stainless steel or cast iron. The hopper and grinding unit can be easily disengaged from the machine body for thorough cleaning. Ventilated motor.

EQUIPMENT: self-sharpening Ø=6mm stainless steel knife and plate, stainless steel meat hopper and drip pan, pestle, shuko plug if single-phase.
OPTIONAL: Partial unger mouth (1 stainless roughing plate, 1 stainless plate Ø 4.5mm, 1 stainless knife), electropolished housing, variable speed drive, bagging funnels, reverse gear.
